Today we had company and Simon did really well.  My mom and her friend Bob came over and told us about their visit to Best Friends Animal Society in Utah.  If you know animal rescue you've heard of Best Friends.  Well, apparently you can volunteer and stay there.  They went to Las Vegas for a few days and then drove 3 hours to Best Friends.  They stayed in a  cabin there and volunteered to help with the dogs and the horses.  They even got an "overnight" guest to stay with them while they were there.  A senior beagle stayed with as their room-mate.  Anyway, Simon loves people and really took to both Bob and my mom. Even when we are on our walks Simon is eager to meet the people that pass-by.
