Lucky Scooby-girl has a family interested in her. How wonderful for her! Family, here's a few updates over the last couple days.
Last night I let Scooby sleep outside of the crate and she had a great night. We kept her in the bedroom with us and she slept quietly in the same spot all night long. No peeps, no problems.
I've noticed the last couple of days she's pulling the leash a little more on our walks. I think she's gotten comfortable with our route and probably most of all, she's trying to keep up with Miles who is always out in front. So sometimes I have a taught leash with her now rather than a slack leash. No big deal in my book, my girls can still walk her fine. Plus it shows she's getting more confident which is good.
Also, for the first time all week she had an accident. Our Friday was a little off schedule because I had a few errands to run before dinner. When I got home I started putting away some things upstairs and she had an accident in the hallway up there. It was in an area where other fosters have had accidents and while I can't see any stains or smell any smells I bet she can and she may have thought it was okay to go there. She's been perfect again since. I'm hoping that Santa will bring me hardwood floors for the upstairs. We'll see if he can pull that one off.
She's an awesome girl and we will miss her greatly and Miles will miss having a really fun playmate!
