Christie is a young girl but she is pretty mellow. I haven't seen any puppy antics from her. She has left all the shoes, slippers, socks and shoes alone. She enjoys a little squeaky ball we bought for her over the weekend. She tosses it up in the air and pounces on it when it comes down. But even with that she only does it a few minutes and then she's done. (I will try to get a good video of this). She does enjoy a good game to "chase Miles"(my dog) in the backyard. She plays very nicely with my two dogs.
I've been crating her when we leave the house and she's no longer whining like before. She whimpers a little, but then is quiet. She's then so happy when we get home. She will tug on the bottom on my sweater to get my attention when she's happy like that...but then she settles down quickly.
She continues to do her business outside. She was such a good girl I left her out of the crate when I went out for lunch last week. When I came home everything was in order but there was an accident. Easily solved though...now I just crate her when we leave and all has been good. She's still a pup and our routines are new for her so I think in time she won't even need to be crated (or in the bathroom or similar.)
Christie went on a nice 1 mile walk with Miles and me yesterday. She did great...no pulling. Despite her easy going nature she does seem to enjoy a good walk.
She continues to sleep with us at night. She's a very good roommate! If her new family would prefer that she sleep in the crate I'm sure she'd adjust to that.
She doesn't appear to know any commands yet...but she's polite and takes treats nicely. She is attentive and is looking to please.
Little Miss C is a wonderful dog. She's sweet, loving, good natured, gentle, well mannered and fun.
